Product description Surround your DSMC2 camera with mounting points with the Teradek OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Cage Kit 2.0. The cage fits around the DSMC2 body with an OMOD POE, COMMAND, or COMMAND+ module and provides mounting points all around for any pertinent accessories while providing a base for correct rod height using OMOD equipment. See below for more details on the individual items that make up this rig. - OMOD | AKS Extended DSMC2 Top Plate Version A The Teradek OMOD | AKS Extended DSMC2 Top Plate Version A is a low-profile 4.6"-long top plate for RED DSMC2 cameras with OMOD gear. The design of the plate fits around the OMOD COMMAND module's antennas and won't interfere with LCD touchscreen contacts. It also features a pogo pin passthrough for connecting a start/stop trigger handle. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads are available for securing accessories and articulating arms. The 3/8"-16 threads, in particular, have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories. UPC: 705911773059
- OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Riser Plate The Teradek OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Riser Plate lifts the DSMC2 camera body to the correct height for compatibility with 19mm and 15mm studio rod systems. Two 3/8"-16 screws are included for securing the plate to the camera base. Once secured, your DSMC2 camera will correctly fit RED, Wooden Camera, Element Technica, and OFFHOLLYWOOD bridge plates. 1/4"-20 threads are placed around the plate for 15mm LWS rod clamps from Element Technica and Wooden Camera or as convenient accessory mounting points. - OMOD | AKS Wide Side Arm The Teradek OMOD | AKS Wide Side Arm joins the OMOD DSMC2 Riser and a DSMC2 Top Plate to create a full camera cage. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes can be used for convenient accessory mounting on the side of the camera. The 3/8"-16 threads have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories. The wide design of this arm will clear the SSD module on the operator side of the camera. - OMOD | AKS Low-Profile Side Arm The Teradek OMOD | AKS Low-Profile Side Arm joins the OMOD DSMC2 Riser and a DSMC2 Top Plate to create a full camera cage. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes can be used for convenient accessory mounting on the side of the camera. The 3/8"-16 threads have ARRI registration notches for compatibility with ARRI rig accessories. The low-profile design of this arm allows it to remain close to the camera body when an OMOD module is attached to your DSMC2 camera by using the space usually taken up by RED's Base Expander module. - OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Side Plate The Teradek OMOD | AKS DSMC2 Side Plate attaches to an OMOD DSMC2 Top Plate or Riser using the included 1/4"-20 screws. It features 1/4"-20 threaded holes for accessory mounting plus an ARRI-compatible 3/8"-16 threaded hole. UPC: 705911773073
